Sweet Corn Casserole

Sweet Corn Casserole


Ingredients:

1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
3 Eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter (1/2 C)
1/2 C sugar (optional..if you like a sweeter version)
1/2 tsp salt 


Mix all wet ingredients together.
 Add in dry ingredients

Mix together until well blended. 
Place in 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 mins

You may want to add 1/2 C sugar to mixture to add a little more "sweet" to the corn.
